Name, email address, telephone or messaging details, travel dates, group size, expected budget, hotel or cruise information, interests, accessibility or dietary information, correspondence, and any other information you submit voluntarily.

Purposes of use

To respond to inquiries; check availability; prepare quotations and agreements; identify an appropriate Personal Host; coordinate requested services; communicate about payment, changes, safety, or cancellation; maintain transaction records; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Third-party services

YOF uses Netlify for website hosting and form fallback, and Make to receive and route online inquiry submissions. If you contact YOF through WhatsApp, that service processes the communication under its own terms. YOF may also use service providers for email, payment processing, accounting, and security when relevant. These providers process information under their own terms and may process or store information outside Japan. YOF limits disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Hotels, hosts, and independent providers

With your request or permission, YOF may share necessary information with the assigned Personal Host, your hotel or concierge, or an independent provider to check availability or coordinate an agreed service. YOF does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

YOF retains inquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, transaction records, dispute handling, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by YOF, subject to identity verification and applicable legal retention requirements. You may also withdraw consent for optional future communications.

Children's information

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should submit information concerning a minor.
