What Your Host Provides
Transportation handles the journey. YOF focuses on the experience. Your hotel may arrange transportation, you may use your rental car, or YOF may introduce a licensed provider. Independent providers contract directly with you or your hotel and remain responsible for their services.

Transportation separate.
Your personalized quotation confirms the service period, meeting details, YOF service fee, and what is and isn’t included before you decide.
Transportation, activities, meals, admission fees, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included.

Good to Know
Personal Local Host service starts at ¥55,000 for four hours, for one private party. Longer experiences are available depending on duration and scope. Your written quotation confirms the agreed service period, inclusions, exclusions, and responsibilities. Transportation and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
For bookings made 8 or more days before the experience, a 30% deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward the total Personal Local Host fee. The remaining 70% is due 7 days before. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is due at booking. The cancellation schedule is separate: 8+ days, 0%; 7–2 days, 30%; 1 day, 50%; same day or no-show, 100%. We accept secure online payment by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. After availability and your experience details are agreed, we’ll send a secure payment request. For bookings made 8 or more days before the experience, a 30% deposit secures your reservation and the remaining 70% is due 7 days before. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is due at booking.
Please ask. YOF makes every reasonable effort to respond when plans change or an unexpected request arises, but availability cannot be guaranteed. WhatsApp messages are welcome anytime and reviewed during operating hours. Include your area, guest count, timing, and what you need.
YOF thoughtfully matches each request with an appropriate available host. Your assigned Personal Local Host is introduced once scheduling is finalized—in some cases, as late as the day before the experience. You may request Ricky, subject to fit and availability.
Your hotel may arrange transportation, you may use your rental car, or YOF may introduce a licensed provider. Any independent provider supplies its own quotation, contracts directly with you or your hotel, and remains responsible for its service. YOF provides the Personal Local Host and helps the guest experience feel connected.
YOF reviews your request personally and first confirms whether the service is a good fit. Suitable requests receive an experience direction, personalized quotation, and applicable terms. An inquiry creates no booking or payment obligation. After availability and the details are verified, your date is confirmed when the applicable payment—30% for bookings made 8 or more days ahead, or full payment within 7 days—is received and YOF sends written confirmation.
