Service price	Standard direct Personal Local Host service starts at ¥55,000 for four hours, for one private party. Longer experiences are available depending on duration and scope. Unusual, multi-day, and non-standard requests may be quoted separately. The complete price, including applicable tax, is stated in writing before application.
Quotation contents	Every quotation identifies the responsible Personal Host, agreed service period and meeting location, included preparation and support, YOF service fee, exclusions, and separate provider costs.
Additional charges	Transportation, admissions, meals, independent activities, bank or card-provider charges, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the quotation. Concrete known charges are disclosed before application.
Payment method and timing	For bookings made 8 or more days before the experience, a 30% booking deposit secures the reservation and is applied toward the total Personal Local Host fee; the remaining 70% is due 7 days before the experience. For bookings made within 7 days, 100% payment is due at booking. Secure online payment is available by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods and instructions are stated in the written quotation before payment.
Service timing	The service date or service period is agreed in the written quotation and identified in YOF's written confirmation.
Confirmation	An inquiry does not reserve availability. After availability and the details are verified and the guest accepts the written quotation, the date is confirmed when the applicable payment is received—30% for bookings made 8 or more days before the experience, or 100% for bookings made within 7 days—and YOF issues written confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds	Cancellation fee: 8 or more days before, 0% and amounts paid to YOF are refunded; 7–2 days before, 30%; 1 day before, 50%; same day or no-show, 100% of the confirmed YOF service fee. Amounts already paid are credited toward the applicable cancellation charge and are never added on top of it. If the experience cannot reasonably take place because of a typhoon, flight cancellation, a cruise ship's failure to call at the scheduled Okinawa port, or a major transportation disruption that prevents participation, YOF will work with the guest to reschedule or provide the applicable refund. Independent providers	Independent transportation, professional photography, marine activity, and other separately provided enhancement providers contract directly with the guest, hotel, or booking party and may apply separately disclosed payment and cancellation terms. YOF's cancellation policy does not override those provider terms. YOF does not operate transportation or marine activities.
